Infinity web interface

The Infinity web interface provides tools to manage your Eseye IoT estate.

The Infinity web interface accesses IoT estate information via the Public API and live network data from Eseye's localised Points of Presence (PoPs), which provide RADIUS authentication information and monitoring and management data.

Different user roles provide customized views of the Infinity web interface and enable users to:

• View recent announcements on the dashboard
• Search for SIMs, device, packages and portfolio information
• Manage user accounts and service accounts
• Manage finance packages
• Manage saved searches, SIM collections and search views
• Configure their user profile
• Manage support tickets

User interface

The Infinity web interface provides menus, search tools and filters to view and manage SIM and SIM-related information. The information and menus displayed depends on your user role and the portfolios and packages available to the user.

Menus

The Infinity left-hand menu displays the:

• Connect & Manage menu
• Portfolio Management menu
• Finance menu
• My lists & searches menu

The top-right menu displays the:

• Portfolio name – the portfolio assigned to the user.
• User profile configuration button
• Logout button

Accessing the Infinity web interface

Customers who have purchased Eseye SIMs are sent an email that contains login credentials (username and password) for their Infinity user account.

The Infinity web interface automatically logs users out after 15 minutes of inactivity.

To log in to the Infinity web interface:

1. Navigate to your portal-specific URL: https://www.<portal>.infinity.anynetiot.com

   where <portal> is the name of your customer portal.

2. Specify your username and password.
3. Select Sign In.

To log out of the Infinity web interface:

• From the menu in the top right of the user interface, select Logout.

To reset your Infinity web interface password:

1. Navigate to your portal-specific URL: https://www.<portal>.infinity.anynetiot.com

   where <portal> is the name of your customer portal.

2. Select Forgotten password?.

3. Specify your Username, then select Send Code.

   Infinity sends an email (from no_reply@anynetiot.com) with a six-digit verification code and displays the Reset Password screen.

   

4. Copy the verification code from the Password Reset email into the Verification code field.

5. Specify a new password, then select Update.

6. On the confirmation screen, select Login to return to the log in screen.

To change your Infinity web interface password:

1. Log in to the Infinity web interface.
2. Select your username in the top-right of the web interface to display the Profile Settings window.
3. Select Change Password.
4. In the Change Password dialog box, type your Current Password.
5. Type a New Password.
6. Alongside Confirm New Password, retype the new password.
7. Select Update to save your changes.
