Troubleshooting SIM cards

Complete the following steps to eliminate common problems:

  1. Ensure that the device is powered on.
  2. Ensure that the SIM card is inserted correctly, making sure that the gold plate is in contact with the reader.

  3. Ensure that antennas are attached to the device.
  4. Ensure that there is network coverage in the area where the device exists.
  5. Leave on for 20 minutes, turn off for 10 seconds, and then power on the device.
