Troubleshooting SIM cards
Complete the following steps to eliminate common problems:
- Ensure that the device is powered on.

Ensure that the SIM card is inserted correctly, making sure that the gold plate is in contact with the reader.

- Ensure that antennas are attached to the device.
- Ensure that there is network coverage in the area where the device exists.
- Leave on for 20 minutes, turn off for 10 seconds, and then power on the device.
