Update the iccPortfolioPackage for a specific SIM

Moves a SIM to a different package, a different portfolio, or both. Send only the fields you want to change.

The package or portfolio you name must already exist on your account.

Request the token from https://eseye-idp-prod.auth.eu-west-1.amazoncognito.com/oauth2/token using the client ID and client secret Eseye supplied. Tokens expire after one hour.
