# Unbox the Hera 204

Unbox the Hera 204 and confirm the supplied equipment.

Before installation, check that the package contains all the following items:

| **Item**              | **Quantity** |
| --------------------- | ------------ |
| Hera 204 router       | 1            |
| Cellular antennas     | 2            |
| Wi-Fi antennas        | 2            |
| 12 V DC power adapter | 1            |
| Fulfilment insert     | 1            |

The fulfilment insert contains the router’s IP address, username, and password. You need this information when you first log in.

Confirm that every item is present before starting the installation. If an item is missing, contact your supplier.

{% hint style="info" %}
The Hera 204 has an embedded Eseye AnyNet eSIM. An additional external SIM is only required when your deployment uses one.
{% endhint %}

For router panels, ports, and connectors, see [Hera 204 panels and ports](/hera204/hera-204-panels-and-ports.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.eseye.com/hera204/unbox-the-hera-204.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
