Restart and reset
Restart safely, restore factory defaults, and use the physical reset button.
Reboot
Open Diagnostics & Maintenance > Restart > Reboot and select Reboot to restart the router without intentionally erasing its saved configuration.

Confirm the action in the displayed dialog. The router and its network services will be unavailable while it restarts. After reconnecting, check System Status > Router to confirm the new uptime and verify WAN connectivity.
Factory reset
Open Diagnostics & Maintenance > Restart > Factory reset and select Reset to return the router to its factory configuration.

Warning: A factory reset removes the operational configuration and may make the router unreachable at its previous address. Download a backup first and use factory reset only when the router must be rebuilt or Eseye Support instructs you to do so.
Before confirming a factory reset, ensure that you have:
An approved configuration backup.
The initial access details and expected default LAN address.
The mobile, WAN, wireless, routing, firewall, and hosted-application settings needed to rebuild the router.
On-site or direct local access.
An approved outage window.
