# How to manage Infinity reports

Infinity reports offer structured insights into your SIM estate, helping you to monitor SIM and network performance and compliance, analyse financial data, and track connectivity. Use the reports to identify usage trends, resolve issues, and make informed decisions to optimise your resources effectively.

You can view, download, and generate on-demand reports. For more information, see [About Infinity reports](/infinity/reports-and-analytics/about-infinity-reports.md#viewing-infinity-reports).

You can configure schedules to generate and distribute reports at set intervals. For more information, see [Schedule periods](/infinity/reports-and-analytics/about-infinity-reports.md#schedule-periods).

## Reporting services developer documentation

We offer report APIs and object reference tables so that you can build your own reports. For more information, see the [Eseye API](https://docs.eseye.com/api-reference/).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.eseye.com/infinity/reports-and-analytics/how-to-manage-infinity-reports.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
